"Jackie, just like I replied to your husband Joe Gamas review, this is just not the case of what actually occurred. After my call with Joe last week explaining the events that happened and items requested that were never received from him, he requested to keep his polices with me. I felt that after that conversation he understood. I don’t believe he would request to keep his polices with me if I was awful. But due to the verbal abuse my team and I endured from him, I chose to move his account to a male agent that would better suit his personality. "Hi Gloria. Although we are human and can make a mistake, Your review does not reflect my office at all. Let me clear up what you are posting. You did in fact email me once. You also received my auto reply which stated to either call my office (listed the number) or email my team (listed email addresses). I dug through our call logs to find your number on when you had called my office "multiple times". I was able to find it once. You called one time while we were at lunch and did not leave a voicemail. (It is best to leave a voicemail to receive a returned call). You then emailed my team member at 4:54 AM (we are closed at that time) and she DID return your email the following business day. While the responsibility of researching and finding an insurance policy falls on the customer, my team member offered a suggestion of who you could call for insurance since the type of home you are purchasing is not something State Farm can insure. She went above and beyond to help guide you with an option since we could not insure the type of home you are purchasing. You even replied to her email. So communication and answering your questions was in fact done. You mentioned a broker in your post...If the broker she suggested has not returned your call, I have absolutely no control over that as they do not work for me. I would suggest to google a few places and give them a call to see who would be best suited with you. In regards to your insurance going up $300... ma'am, you have only been insured with me for 30 days and your insurance has not gone up in my office. Now to give your prior agent some credit, they also do not control rates. Rates are determined by many factors and never by the agent. With all that said, I am disappointed in your 1 star review. I am a local small business and actually gain new business through my reviews. I have proudly served our community and have developed wonderful relationships with my customers the last 10 years. ~Katie"
